Working alongside some of the UK's leading property investors and developers, the success of The Co-operative Bank's specialist Property Finance Unit is built on maintaining long-term customer relationships and an in-depth knowledge of the sector.
Each of our Property Finance Unit Managers has been with the Bank for over 15 years and boasts significant expertise and experience. Alongside this, we have established relationships with key contacts across the property sector.
Our property finance portfolio
Our Property Finance customers include private individuals, large corporates, property developers, sector professionals, pension funds and offshore trusts.
We are happy to consider almost any type of investment within the terms of our Ethical Policy and can provide:
- a flexible approach to every transaction, allowing us to accommodate your individual needs
- a complete range of products, from traditional borrowing for investment property acquisitions or refinances, through to development finance
- interest-only periods, end balloon payments and/or stepped capital repayment arrangements
- added value products including treasury services for any interest rate hedging requirements, along with online banking and current account services.
