What kind of cause?

Switch4Good is a commercial business and not a charity. When a supporter switches a service, the provider pays Switch4Good a commission. At least 50% of eligible commission is allocated either to causes directly or to the Switch4Good Community Fund, depending on the product type.

Payments are made around 90 days after the end of the month in which a supporter switches, to allow for provider clawback (Commercial Participation Agreement, clause 6.1).
