Switch4Good is a commercial business and not a charity. When a supporter switches a service, the provider pays Switch4Good a commission. At least 50% of eligible commission is allocated either to causes directly or to the Switch4Good Community Fund, depending on the product type.

Paid quarterly in arrears, around 90 days after the month a switch completes, once supplier clawback periods have passed. (Commercial Participation Agreement, clause 6.1).
