To promote for the benefit of the community resident in Alness and District (hereinafter called the 'neighbourhood'), the advancement of education, the protection of good health, both mental and physical, and the relief of poverty, by a) associating voluntary organisations and residents of the neighbourhood in a common effort to achieve the above Objects. b) Co-operating with local statutory Authorities in the maintenance and management of the Averon Centre, Perrins Centre and Crawl Park, for activities in furtherance of the objects of the company, and by co-operating in a like manner with such other community centres and facilities as may be established in the neighbourhood with a view to furthering the objects of the company.
