The objects of the organisation shall be to 4.1 to promote the care and education of children in need of care, during out of school hours and school holidays/in-service days. 4.2 to promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of such children, in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving their conditions of life 4.3 to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Barnhill area, without distinction of sex, race, age or political, religious or other opinions by associating the local and statutory authorities and inhabitants, in a common effort to advance education and relieve poverty by the provision of child care facilities thereby giving inhabitants an opportunity to take advantage of educational training and employment opportunities so that the conditions of life of the aforementioned inhabitants may be improved.
