the objects for which the Company is •established are:- (1) (a) To take over 'the whole of the property and functions of the unincorporated association known as the 'Cue and ReviewTalking Magazine Association of Bishopbrggs' . (b) To purchase, take on lease or otherwise acquire and lands, housing accomodation, buildings and other real and personal property and any rights or privileges necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Company. (c) To invest the funds of the Company, not immediately required, in the purchase of such investments' or in loans upon such securities as trustees may from time to time by authorised (d) purchase or take in accordance with the law of Scotland but not otherwise.
