The company’s objects are: To the benefit of the inhabitants of Huntly and surrounding as defined by the AB54 postcode area (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in the sub-articles hereto (“the Purposes”), through cultural activities exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs), namely: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or Community development, including regeneration. 4.2 To advance the provisions for educational and recreational opportunities in the Community relating to art, culture, environment, heritage and other areas of social life. 4.3 To provide or advance the accessibility of recreational, facilities, and/or organising recreational activities, which will be available to members of the Community and public at large with the object of improving the conditions of life of the Community. 4.4 To ensure Square Deal, a public-facing building purchased by Deveron Projects in 2019, managed by Deveron Projects, is a resource for the communities in Huntly and more widely. The building is available for use by the community.
