The aims of EDFC shall be: 3.1 To promote fencing as a sport and as a social activity, for people aged 8 and above. 3.2 To teach fencing to all levels of ability regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation and creed. 3.3 To be open to all persons who wish to participate in the sport of fencing. 3.4 To introduce the sport of fencing to the young people of Moray through The Moray Council’s Sports Development and Active Schools programmes. 3.5 To introduce the sport of fencing to other groups in order to share the physical and mental health benefits that fencing offers.
