(One) . In respect of the SCOTTISH SOCIETY FOR PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, for the purpose of maintaining an Inspector in West Fife. (Two) In respect of THE PEOPLE'S DISPENSARY FOR SICK ANIMALS, for the general purposes of the Dispensary. (Three) In respect of any capital projects of the Charities, then there shall be an order of preference for geographical location namely ( Firstly) in Fife, failing which (Secondly) in Scotland, failing which (Thirdly) elsewhere in the United Kingdon in the event that the Charity benefiting is not represented in Fife nor in Scotland. (Four) In the event that any of the said Charities analganate or cease to continue as a Charity, then it is within the discretion of the Trustees to nominate a further Charity to benefit from the Trust created, such Charity fulfilling the aims of the Trust Fund. (Five) It shall be within the power and authority of the Trustees on good reason being given to provide payments to other Charities providing for the care and well being of animals as the Trustees within their total discretion may decide, always bearing in mind that it is the intention to benefit the principal Charities hereinbefore stated and (Lastly) In the event that the Trustees decide that the purposes of the Trust have been exhausted or that its continuation is no longer fulfilling the purposes for which it has been created, or that in all the circumstances the capital contained in the Fund should be distributed, then it is within the power of the Trustees to so act and if they deem that it is beneficial to so do, then the capital shall be distributed amongst the Charities nominated provided they are still in existence at the time of such distribution but with discretion to the Trustees to nominate another Charity acting within the stated purposes of the Trust when they consider should be beneficary of such distribution.
