The Organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To support the on-going care, and to preserve and protect the wellbeing of those patients who require care under the supervision of the Roxburghe House Grampian Clinical Team, irrespective of the patient's residence or the location where such care or treatment is provided. 4.2 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 4.1 hereof, to administer the funds held in the name of Friends of Roxburghe House Grampian: 4.2.1 for the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health. and 4.2.2 for the advancement of education and research into the causes, cures, palliative care approaches and treatments of all life-limiting diseases and illnesses. 4.3 The foregoing provisions of this clause 4 are subject always that in no circumstances shall the Assets be held or applied for any purpose which is not an exclusively charitable purpose.
