The organisation's purposes are to enable vulnerable people, who reside in East Ayrshire, to live independently, wherever possible by:- 4.1 Co-ordinating the organisations' employees to assist older people and adults to access the low level maintenance service 4.2 Co-ordinating the organisations' employees to assist older people and adults to access the shopping service 4.3 Co-ordinating volunteers to give practical help to older people and adults 4.4 Bringing together representatives of statutory and voluntary organisations and individuals who have a personal or professional interest in the welfare of the organisation 4.5 Collating and disseminating information for, from and on behalf of the organisation. 4.6 Initiating, promoting and enabling appropriate services and resources to be established and made available as widely as possible.
