(a) The provision of financial awards under the Deed of Trust shall be available to students of both sexes i.e., both male and female students. (b) In the event that there are there are insufficient numbers of suitable applicants to the Trust who were born in, or whose parent has resided and had their home for a period of not less than three years continuously in, the counties of Moray and Nairn, the Trustees may at their discretion apply the free income of the Trust towards the support and maintenance of local Parish Development Officers.
