The objects of the Fund shall be: (a) to collect, evaluate and disseminate material and information on developments and theories in the science and methods of surgery, (b) to bring together representative surgeons of the nations of the world, whose professional ability and moral integrity and intellectual honesty are unquestioned, (c) to improve the science and art of surgery through an international exchange or emeritus professors, professors, consulting or senior surgeons of medical schools or hospitals, who have made significant contributions in research or techniques in the art and science of surgery.
