DeC1aring that without prejudice to the foregoing generality we, as Trustees, may in our uncontrolled discretion make donations and transfers to any Organisation, Trust, Body or Foundation having charitable status to be applied by such Organisation, Trust, Body or Foundation in accordance with its purposes.
