I direct my said Trustees and Executors to divide and pay, annually or otherwise as they may consider best, as follows, videlicet:- two-sevenths thereof to be applied at the discretion of my Trustees towards the support of poor persons in the Lunatic Asylum of Aberdeen who have not sufficient means of their own to pay the full board, and who are consequently in whole or in part being maintained there by their relatives. one-seventh thereof to the Treasurer for the time being of the Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, for behoof of the said Infirmary, on condition that a bed in the Hospital shall be named after me and that my Trustees shall be admitted Life Managers of the said Incorporation. one-seventh thereof to the Treasurer for the time being of the Incurable Hospital, Aberdeen, for behoof of the said Hospital, on condition that a bed in the Hospital shall be named after me, and that my Trustees shall be admitted Life Managers of the said Hospital, and the remaining three-sevenths of the said free yearly income and revenue I direct my Trustees to divide and pay among such Charities or Charitable Institutions connected with the City Of Aberdeen as they in their discretion may think fit,- the claims of the Public Soup Kitchen and the Coal Funds being favourably considered,- but the mode of payment, and the selection of the Charities being left entirely to the discretion of my said Trustees, from whose decision there shall be no appeal.
