The Trustees shall hold the Fund for the purpose of paying grants of money out of the capital or the income thereof to or on behalf of such persons or organisations falling within the following categories as the Trustees at their discretion may from time to time select, namely, (a) Poor children from Glasgow or other districts of Scotland who are in need of convalescent treatment for sickness or any other disability (b) Organisations of a charitable nature whose objects either consist of or include the provision in Scotland of rehabilitation, recreation or education for children convalescing or still suffering from the effects of illness, injury or disability, and (c) Organisations of a charitable nature whose objects either consist of or include the provision in Scotland of accommodation or facilities for children who are in need of care or assistance.
