The aims of Neil's wheels are. a) to provide sports wheelchairs for children with disabilities to enable them to access wheelchair sports- children will be defined as aged between and including 5-18 years of age. b) to recycle the wheelchairs for further use c) to provide funding for the running and attendance at, disabled sports courses. d) to investigate, initiate and maintain sports courses for children in wheelchairs, be it as a solo enterprise or in conjunction with other organisations.
