The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income of it to pay and apply the same to for the purposes of advancing, facilitating and promoting the education, social welfare, human rights and the tackling of extreme inequalities in income and the alleviation of poverty among persons within the area of benefit. The Trustees shall give primary consideration to the recommendations from The onecity Trust Committee except where the Trustees may in their sole discretion consider that the carrying out of any particular action as recommended by The onecity Trust Committee may be unlawful or to do so may prejudice the charitable status of7the Trust. The Trustees are not obliged to accept any such recommendation and are free to exercise their unfettered discretion as trustees at all times.
