The primary and principal objects of the Association are to assist, support or maintain, financially or otherwise, or to establish bodies corporate or in corporate or trusts, the objects of which are exclusively charitable, and to apply the property and income of the Association for purposes which the law regards as charitable and in such a manner that any other objects, powers and provisions referred to in this Constitution shall be deemed to be governed by the primary and principal objects above referred to, and that notwithstandinganything to the contrary hereinafter expressed or implied
