- After eight weeks, or sooner with a deadlock letter, you can ask the Energy Ombudsman for help.

Something wrong? Tell us and we'll check it against the supplier's website within two working days.
If something's gone wrong
- Tell the supplier. Use its complaints page or phone number below. Say it's a complaint and keep a note of the date.
- Wait up to eight weeks, or less if it sends a deadlock letter saying it cannot do any more.
- Ask the Energy Ombudsman. It is free and independent. Call 0330 440 1624. Its decision binds the supplier if you accept it.
