Before you go

Three things worth knowing, whichever route you take.

  • Exit fees. Your current supplier may charge to leave early. The figure is on your bill or in your account.
  • Your current deal's end date. Moving before a fixed deal ends can mean a charge, so check the date first.
  • The 14-day cooling-off period. You can normally cancel a switch you started online within 14 days.
